20 Minute GAZE PracticeĀ
GAZE Protocols
Who Should Not Use the Full Protocol
Avoid the full protocol if you have:
- Heart/lung problems (irregular heartbeat, COPD)
- Seizure history or brain conditions
- Bipolar disorder, psychosis, schizophrenia, or dissociative disorders
- Recent surgeries, head injuries, or trauma
- Pregnancy
- Psychiatric medications
- Panic disorder or severe anxiety
Do not participate after using alcohol, cannabis, psychedelics, or other drugs.
Instead Use the Modified Format (Breathe NormallyĀ and Slow Eye Movements)
You may breathe normally and use the panoramic gaze—a gentler visual technique suitable for people with:
- Nerve, balance, or vision issues
- PTSD, anxiety, or trauma history
- Health conditions contraindicating breathwork
Even this modified format may induce relaxation, altered awareness, or emotional release.
