The Conscious Leader Experience
Â
Sedona Mago · Feb 23–27, 2026
Â
Leadership doesn’t falter because people lack intelligence or commitment. It falters when perception narrows under pressure.
Â
This retreat is a five-day immersion designed to strengthen how you orient—what you notice, what you miss, and how your internal stance shapes decisions, relationships, and direction. The goal isn’t more answers. It’s a steadier capacity to hold complexity without collapse—and to sense what wants to emerge next.
Â
THIS MOMENT IS ASKING FOR AÂ DIFFERENT KIND OF LEADERSHIP
What worked in simpler conditions doesn’t work as well now. The pace is faster, the signals are noisier, and certainty is harder to access. The result for many capable people isn’t failure—it’s perceptual fatigue.
This retreat is designed as perceptual training: not an escape from reality, but a way of meeting it more directly, with clearer internal organization and less reactivity.
Â
HOW WE'LL WORK TOGETHER
Throughout the retreat, we engage GAZE—a perceptual training method that shifts attention from narrow focus to a wider field of consciousness. You’ll learn to soften effort, stay present with uncertainty, and perceive patterns that are often missed when the mind is working too hard. Â
The aim is insight that is felt, embodied, and integrated, rather than forced or purely conceptual. Â
This work doesn’t try to change what you think. It trains how awareness functions—especially under uncertainty, complexity, and rapid change.
GAZE™️ is not about fixing what’s broken.
It’s about finding what’s hidden. Â
- Practices that bring shadow to light
- Somatic tools to shift state and nervous system Â
- New ways to locate trapped energy and hidden potential
- Leave ready to lead with embodiment and expanded consciousness Â
Rather than leaving with fixed answers, you’ll leave with more durable consciousness: a steadier internal orientation, greater trust in your perception, and the capacity to respond with foresight rather than react as conditions shift.
THIS IS FOR YOU IF...
Â
You’re leading (at home or at work) and can feel your bandwidth narrowing
You want less internal friction in decision-making
You’re ready to work with shadow patterns without turning it into self-improvement theater
You don’t want more information—you want clearer orientation Â
This may not be the right container if you want quick answers, a high-intensity catharsis experience, or a retreat built around luxury and stimulation.WHY SEDONA MAGO?Â
Sedona isn’t just a backdrop—it’s part of the work. The land slows the nervous system down. The quiet makes perception audible again. This setting supports the kind of internal reorientation that’s difficult to access inside a busy life.Â
Optional Pilot StudyÂ
For those who want to participate, there is an optional, opt-in pilot using the Muse S Athena –a biometric headband –during select portions of the retreat. This is not about performance. It’s about observing patterns of attention and recovery as perception reorganizes through practice. Â
- Â Participation is optional
- Consent-based and privacy-protected
- Data is used for learning and research purposes only with permission

Annie Browning's GAZE method will take you to a deeper place within, one without borders, one where mystery emerges for a life of aliveness. The GAZE method helped me recognize and appreciate my superintuitive gifts, experiencing the unseen around me and in nature. It opened creativity, and allows me to just be present to others with ease and tenderness. Annie is a wise, authentic, and loving teacher--a gift.
Diane
In a world full of uncertainty and complexity, the GAZE™ method helped me address the fear and anxiety I feel about our social and political climate, especially issues like alienation, polarization, and incivility. Through GAZE™, I began by letting go of my ego, then worked on attuning to others and improving my interpersonal awareness. I then connected with a broader, collective consciousness—essential for building hope, resilience, and determination for our future.
Donna
As a decade long meditator and someone who is incredibly devoted to my spiritual practice, I am beyond grateful to discover GAZE. This highly effective method offers a safe, reliable and incredibly efficient way to “drop in”. With GAZE I am able to reach an expanded state of consciousness, opening me to higher realms, spiritual insights and a vast experience of my own divine nature. Over time, I find it to be cumulative, supporting me in not only raising my vibrational frequency, but also maintaining it.
John
For months, I struggled with a complex leadership challenge that kept me awake at night. After just one GAZE™️ session with Annie, everything shifted. The experience gave me unprecedented clarity that no amount of traditional analysis had provided.
What surprised me most was how the guidance I received arrived at exactly the right moment and in exactly the form I needed. It wasn't just conceptual—it was deeply practical. I walked away with not only a profound sense of certainty and peace about my direction, but also specific, tangible actions I could implement immediately.
